I am Konstantinos Polychroniou, and I work in the design and construction of high-end residences, with an emphasis on detail, timelessness, and flawless execution.
I graduated in 2008 from the University of West Attica, Department of Civil Engineering.
My creative path began during my student years, through the production and commercial distribution of digital works of art via my personal venture, "Ace Studio." This experience shaped my aesthetic sensibility early on, along with my approach to composition and my understanding of the value of design as a product.
In 2008, I joined one of the most highly regarded construction companies in the northern suburbs of Athens, with projects in areas such as Palaio Psychiko, Psychiko, and Kifisia. Through my involvement in demanding, high-specification residences, I developed in-depth expertise in construction management, technical detailing, and the complex execution of architectural projects.
In 2014, I took on the role of Construction Manager, responsible for the full coordination of projects, work crews, and budgets, ensuring high standards of quality and precision. In 2015, I expanded into interior design, bridging the world of construction with that of design.
Today, our studio takes on the complete design and execution of projects, offering a holistic approach that combines architectural thinking, aesthetic consistency, and technical excellence. Every project is treated as a unique study, with the goal of creating spaces that convey balance, quality, and timeless value.
My strong foundation in construction is a decisive advantage: every design proposal is fully feasible, accurately costed, and adapted to real-world execution conditions. This makes it possible to create projects of high aesthetic quality without unnecessary cost overruns or deviations from the original vision.
My philosophy is simple: meaningful design is not confined to the image — it is completed in flawless construction.
