Residence in Eastern Attica, Villa K.

homie · project

A retreat of calm, designed for relaxation and rest. The home was created for an Italian owner, a permanent resident of Milan, who was looking for a second escape-home — a place where time slows down and everyday life is left behind.

The design is built on two materials with soul: stone and wood. The stone lends grounding and a dialogue with the Attic landscape, while the wood brings warmth and a natural feel — a palette that is understated yet inviting, in harmony with our modern chic aesthetic.

At the heart of the construction lies the steel structural frame, a choice that is both structural and strategic: it ensures controlled costs and faster delivery, without any compromise on quality or on the refinement of the final result.

A project that captures the philosophy of homie — a balance between beauty, functionality, and the intelligent management of resources.
